Van of Chop Chop A to Z – Jasmine Sugar Cookies

Priyasuresh of Priya’s Easy N Tasty Recipes – Eggless Mango Cream
"Cream dessert without eggs but the eggs are replaced by cream cheese and whipping cream with mango puree..yummy dessert definitely tickle your palate for sure…"

Graziana of Erbe in Cucina – Carrot And Mint Cake
"Mint adds an interesting flavour to this sweet, easy-to-do cake."

Muskaan of A 2 Z Vegetarian Cuisine – Lowfat Eggless Banana Walnut & Apricot Muffins / Bread
"I have seen many recipes for banana bread/ muffins , of course, each one has their own version, the same recipe can be made in thousand different ways…..but…but… this one right here is a complete new version of all those muffins/breads…as it has all the goodness of whole-wheat pastry flour, cracked wheat, over refined / all purpose flour, unusual but yes…oats flour too, brown-sugar (optional), bananas, & some nuts & given some special touch of dry ginger powder (it can help cure diabetes, head aches, colds, fatigue, nausea and flu when used in tea or in food.) & kids favourite apricots …just for additional health benefits + it’s lowfat & eggless. I love my family & always want to serve them with rich yet healthy food."

Vidya of Humming in the Kitchen – Green peas, Mint and Soy Pulao
"This rice dish was born one Saturday night when I was staring at an almost empty pantry. A few weeks later, my daughter asked me if I was going to make it again! The second time, I tweaked the recipe by adding one more ingredient that I had. It has been a few months since I first made this dish; it is popular among my daughter’s friends now."

Priyasuresh of Priya’s Easy N Tasty Recipes – Mango N Almond Sorbet
"Fruits and nuts always do an awesome combo..Voila!!! here is one among those combinations, guilty free mango sorbet with almond nuts…enjoy this easy and flavoursome mango sorbet with crunchy almond flakes."

Sadhana of A 2 Z Vegetarian Cuisine – No Bake Healthy Granola Bars
"My Son wanted the store bought granola bars as he was getting bored with the fruit bowl I give him for afterschool snack and I came up with less sugary and healthy granola bars with no additives like partially hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup."

Ben of What’s Cooking? – Rice And Bacon Cakes
"This cakes have everything you need for a complete dinner: proteins, fiber and carbs, and it is so easy to make."

Vidya of Humming in the Kitchen – Spinach, Sweet potato & Channa Dal Curry With Tangy Tamarind And Panch Phoran
"I am so excited to send two entries in my first very first participation to this event. The first one that I sent you came from an almost empty pantry – this second one is from a full refrigerator and pantry when I was so excited with all the different possibilities. The outcome was this yummy curry that I paired with roti."

Sadhana of A 2 Z Vegetarian Cuisine – Super Healthy Refreshing Cooler
"This one was for my Daughter, who wanted pink milk and I didn’t want to give Nesquick or anything rather give her beetshake which is much healthier than that and used it for our evening snack for an usual hot April day."

Usha of Veg Inspirations – Oat Coconut Chutney
"In an inspired moment I decided to try using oats in a more traditional style chutney and was really glad I did. The taste of oats is not discernible in this chutney and this turned out to be a great way to sneak in oats and fiber into our diet."

Priyasuresh of Priya’s Easy N Tasty Recipes – Strawberry Shrikhand
"I kept the originality of this traditional recipe but I have added strawberry chunks to enjoy this delicious and colourful dessert even for hot summer."

Sudha of Malaysian Delicacies – Savoury Bread Pudding
"A dish with chicken filling, bread and cheese. Suitable for any time of the day."

Sadhana of A 2 Z Vegetarian Cuisine – Vegan 4 Grain Strawberry Muffin/Cake
"This one was a compensation for my Son when I denied him to buy a strawberry muffin which he saw in the store, I made him these muffins the next morning and our family had a nice healthy breakfast too."

Wiffy of Noob Cook – Black Pepper Prawns
"The method of cooking this black pepper dish is similar to cooking Singapore’s famous black pepper crabs, just that I can’t eat crabs at the moment so I substitute with prawns instead. It’s still tasty nevertheless because one can never go too wrong with black pepper, and the de-shelled prawns are easier to eat than crabs."

Dhanggit’s of Dhanggit’s Kitchen – Nutty Blueberry Pie
A tempting blueberry and nut galore pie.

Sadhana of A 2 Z Vegetarian Cuisine – Healthy Granola Cereal With My Favorite Magic Seeds
"I just love granola for breakfast. As I’ve been cutting down on sugar for a while the store brought ones have become too sweet for me and came up with this granola with the ingredients of my choice."

Christine of Kits Chow – Lemon Chicken
Luscious chicken dish! The proof is in the sauce.

Parita of Parita’s World – Fatfree Eggless Banana Cake
A great health-conscious cake for all banana bread lovers out there.
