Ivy of Kopiaste - Sweet Cream Cheese Pie

"I was inspired to make these Sweet cream cheese pies seeing a recipe with puff pastry, cream cheese and ricotta. I did not have puff pastry but I had leftover phyllo, I had leftover cream cheese and I did not have ricotta but a Greek soft cheese named anthotyro. Half way through making them I remembered that I also had leftover caramelized orange peels which matched perfectly with the orange blossom water I added."
