		<description>&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;We make something akin to this in the Philippines that we call Fresh Lumpia...we use a crepe made with cornstarch and eggs, fill it with sauteed vegetables/tofu and top it with a sweet, peanut sauce.

I'd love to try this recipe...but is there a good substitute for farmer's cheese? I've never tried it before so I don't know what would be comparable. Would ricotta work in this recipe? Thanks.&lt;/li&gt;
