Hi everyone! First let me apologize to those of you who had experienced difficulties while trying to leave comments on Culinarty. I’ve finally figured out why was that happening. Apparently Internet Explorer is a pain in the ass when it comes to conforming to the industry’s standards (in other words it just ignores them whenever it feels like it) that is why those of you using other browsers like Opera or Firefox did not experience this problem.

Big thanks to Deb and Chris who were kind enough to let me know about the difficulties they’ve experienced!

Hopefully I’ll be hearing more from you now that this is no longer an issue.

Ingredients (yield: 20 cookies)

• • 100 g/ 3.5 oz. creamy unsalted butter
• • 6 heaping Tbsp flour
• • 12 Tbsp old-fashioned oats
• • 1 medium egg
• • 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla extract
• • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
• • 4 Tbsp sultanas
• • 4 heaping Tbsp Nutella
• • 4 Tbsp of coarsely chopped organic walnuts
• • 50 g/1.75 oz. organic dark chocolate (72% cocoa) – coarsely chopped
• • 1 tsp baking powder
• • 2/3 tsp salt
