I know you probably have your lazy mornings too. These 2 spreads are just perfect for those days. They give me the extra boost I need. Really, it’s as easy as that!
Pizza style toast spread

Ingredients
- • 125 g / 4.4 oz unsalted butter – room temperature
- • 2/3 cup grated mozzarella
- • 1/3 cup pimento stuffed green olives
- • Fresh ground pepper-mix (black, white, red and green) - to taste

As I said in my last post I looove experimenting and because I know how rewarding it can be, I urge you to experiment as often as you can. Why? Because when experimenting it feels like you are playing, and when you’re successful you get a reward that is just incredible. It’s so comforting to succeed while playing and because our every day life does not offer us a hole bunch of these contexts, let’s just create them ourselves!
These crêpes are my second experiment from those rainy days that just won’t go away. So Kung Fu everyone :)) and let’s fight against gray weather influence!

By now you must think I enjoy frying everything :). The truth is it’s been raining here for a couple of days already and I fight against gray weather influences by experimenting in the kitchen. Scientific studies
show it works because I tend to forget about anything else while I do that.
What follows next is one of these experiments that turned out ok. This finger food is very easy to prepare. Enjoy!

I actually started my blog because of Pille who was intrigued by my potato doughnuts. Being one of my favourites food bloggers, I often visit her blog and post comments. My comment on her “Melt-in-your-mouth curd cheese doughnuts” post was the first step, after that came her comment in which she said she was intrigued and wondered if there was a recipe for the doughnuts on my blog. One that same post I first found out that it’s “Time to make doughnuts”, an event hosted by Tartelette and Peabody. Not having a blog at that time, I decided it’s time to make one and tananana here it is

Can’t argue with these guys…so if they say it’s time to fry, let us fry!
